Whitiora Rhythms

Tātaihono teamed up with some of the Maimoa crew to elevate two kaupapa close to our hearts; Mahuru Māori (Māori Language Month), and Te Wiki Aroā Mate Hinengaro (Mental Health Awareness Week).

Hosted by Pere Wīhongi, Whitiora Rhythms exceeded our expectations, and boastfully was a huge highlight for our followers in September. Tātaihono coordinated a social platform for some of Māoridoms young superstars to celebrate a healthy mind and our indigenous language, te reo Maori receiving engagement of over 11,000 to date.

Some of the Maimoa crew joined the Facebook live-stream concert including Pere Wīhongi, Mereana Teka, Awatea Wīhongi, Hoeata Maxwell-Blake, and featured positive living videos by Torrell Tafa, Leighton Clarke, and Paraone Tai Tin. The event is still available to watch here.

Nōreirā, e kore e ārikarika noa te tai mihi ki a rātou i whakarangatira ake i tēnei kaupapa.
